Robert is licensed to practice in Florida, New York, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia. In addition, he is an attorney and counselor of the Supreme Court of the United States, being admitted in person before the Supreme Court Justices in 2008.
Robert, a longtime resident of Palm Beach County, Florida, successfully completes at least thirty (30) hours of continuing legal education per year in order to ensure that he is up-to-date on the most recent changes in the law and estate planning strategies.
Robert is happily married to Rinku Tribuiani, a federal prosecutor with the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida.
Education and Background
Robert earned a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Seton Hall Law School and a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) and Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Economics and Finance from the University of Hartford. Prior to attending law school, Robert worked on Wall Street on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and helped manage billion dollar investment portfolios including mutual funds and trust funds. After graduating from law school, Robert began his career as a prosecutor, first in New Jersey, then with the Palm Beach County State Attorney's Office. During his four years as a prosecutor with the State Attorney's Office, he was assigned to the white collar crime unit where he observed first-hand how to prevent identity theft, scams, and other economic crimes.
